Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 464 of 2021 lodged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the allegation have been made by the informant that the marriage of his daughter has solemnized with the petitioner and thereafter, the allegation of making torture upon the brother for gold chains are there and finally that the death of informant's daughter has been caused due to strangulating her neck and thereafter the 6 persons of the family were made accused.

It has been submitted that without information of the petitioner and their family, the informant suppressing the material fact that his daughter is already married with another person as solemnized marriage of his daughter with the present petitioner and the first husband of the informant's daughter used to disturb the deceased. Sometime he used to come to the house of the petitioner also and used to make torture due to which the cardiac arrest has taken to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 464 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
