1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

3. The learned A.P.P., Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that in the event, if the Court interferes with the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12859 of 2016(3) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 taking cognizance and if the stage of the case in these seven years has changed in that event, the entire effort of the Court would be futile.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P., the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
