Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1(i) the present application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing and commanding the Respondent No. 9 and his gang forming a group of miscreants to grab forcefully and illegally the land of the petitioner and others at the threat of their life, liberty and property which is guaranteed under Article 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India."

Considering the relief sought for in the application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4537 of 2014(3) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 respondent no. 3 (the District Magistrate, Madhubani) within a period of one month from today.

The respondent no. 3 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
