The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2022 in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.107 of 20222 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 33, 34(iv) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 572.940 litres of foreign liquor from the auto and Sumo Victa car parked near the road. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special
