JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in snatching money and mobile from the informant and his companion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against unknown. The petitioners were remanded in this case on 20.2.2020. The names of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30611 of 2020(4) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 petitioners have not been put on TIP till date. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S.
