1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Katihar Sahayak Police Station Case No. 721 of 2023, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 419/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits the bail application filed by co-accused Md. Haider Ali has been disposed in terms of the order, dated 13.02.204, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He, accordingly, submits that the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34235 of 2024(4) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 application may also be disposed in terms of the order, dated 14.05.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26393 of 2024.
