1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ /order /direction to the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment made by respondent no. 8 by putting pucca boundary wall after constructing house over Aam public land which is Pokhar over portion of Plot no. 1317/1509 appertaining to Khata no. 1071 area 1.30

Sadar Darbhanga, Anchal wo District Darbhanga which is recorded as Anabad Sarbsadharan Garha and have been coming in possession of the general public at large for public purposes, used to bath the cattle's, storage of water, and other purposes and have fixed gate in front of the raiyati land of the petitioner bearing Plot no. 1506 so that he may not come from the said land and sell the same with him."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Darbhanga Sadar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
