The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 453C of 2018 registered under Section 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further by filing supplementary affidavit, he submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,000/- every month to his wife till disposal of the divorce case.
