The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of records, it appears that petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of foreign liquor or with the alleged vehicle/motorcycles from which the recovery has been made. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Case No. 117 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
