2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.02.2017 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Sadar) Sitamarhi (O.P. No. 2) in Case No. 1027 of 2016 as well as order dated 02.01.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Cr. Revision No. 75 of 2017.
