18-06-2019 Sri Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 3, submits that ofcourse the present writ petition has become infructuous by afflux of time, but there is possibility that in future also, the order, as contained in Annexure-5 to the petition, may be used by the authority concerned.

The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court against an order dated 05-04-2019 in B.C.C.Case No. 93 of 2019 issued by the District Magistrate, Gaya (Annexure - 5).

Since the period, during which the petitioner was directed to report in the police station, has already expired, there is no need to further entertain the writ petition. The criminal writ petition stands disposed of as same has become infructuous.
