Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a/26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37933 of 2022, as contained in Annexure-2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32639 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate II, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
