This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Choraut Police Station Case No. 239 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

About 37.2 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from Motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
