2. Vide order dated 28.03.2018, four weeks' time was granted to the petitioner. Further, on 05.12.2024, at the request of the Counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. Today, also, despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that
Patna High Court CWJC No.3247 of 2017(4) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.
