Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 29.7.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar. Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhour) Police Station Case No. 50 of 2018, with the
