1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction including writ in the nature of mandamus to command/direct the official Respondents to remove the illegal possession of Respondent No.6 from the land of petitioner, pertaining to Punarwas Chak No.72, Survey Khesra No.281, 156 and 257 area 20 decimals of land situated at Village -Bhatoliya, Police Station + Brock Bairganiya, District-Sitamarhi and also for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8062 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 prohibition to restrain the Respondent No.6 from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question, as stated above."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Block Bairganiya, District Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
