1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53494 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that no fresh ground is made out on behalf of the petitioner to reconsider the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39415 of 2023(4) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. Further he submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39415 of 2023.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
