2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail P.S. Ara Case No. 75 of 2025, in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 117(2), 126(2), 303(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3 . As per prosecution story, informant alleged that on 27.04.2025, his brother went to catch train. Meanwhile, some unknown persons assaulted him brutally and snatched his gold chain. During course of treatment, he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Name of petitioner transpired during the course of investigation. There is delay of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32539 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 17 days in lodging the F.I.R. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.02.2026 . Charge-sheet has been submitted. Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 54685 of 2025 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Railway, Ara (Bhojpur) in Rail P.S. Ara Case No. 75 of 2025 .
