2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354/448/504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was in habit of abusing the informant when she was on way to Coaching center. At about 10 pm on 29.8.2022, he entered into her house, tried to outrage the modesty and on protest, he abused and assaulted her family members.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is none else but cousin brother of the informant and due to simple altercation, he and his family members have falsely been implicated in this case. Case and

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna Sadar in Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station Case No. 474 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
