Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67 and 67(a) of I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he posted objectionable photos and videos of the informant on social media and also made telephonic call at sasural of the informant, as a result, her in-laws threw her out of the house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and his name transpired in this case only on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31361 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/3 basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the informant and petitioner was in love with each other and earlier the informant has left her house and was living with petitioner thereafter, a Panchayati was held for departing from each other and the same was settled. Further, it is submitted that the informant was not happy with her marriage which was solemnized against her will and she used to make calls to petitioner regularly. It is also submitted that no fake account was created by the petitioner but the same has been created by the informant herself and in order to put pressure for marriage, she herself posted all the photos and videos as has been alleged.

It is also stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after arrest of the petitioner, no objectionable or any photo or any kind of video was found in petitioner's mobile. Petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2022, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of A.C.J.M., I, Patna City, in connection with
