Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the there is recovery of 69.750 litres of illicit foreign liquor from the maize field in question and also the petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise- 1st Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S.
