2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that two unknown persons looted Rs. 3,57,000/- from the informant on the point of pistol.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired in confessional statement of co-accused during course of investigation. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32449 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Darigaon P. S. Case No. 594 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
