2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 865 of 2022 arising out of Kudhani P.S. Case No. 222 of 2022 dated 07.05.2022 lodged under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. in which later on charges were framed under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65287 of 2022 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that charges were framed on 15.03.2023 in this case against the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.
5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-XIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 865 of 2022 arising out of Kudhani P.S. Case No. 222 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
