The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 7, 8, 9, 12 of Bihar Saw Mill Regulation Act, 1990 and Section 33 (B), 41, 42 of Indian Forest (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1989.
Allegation has been made that without proper license the petitioner is running a saw mill.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before the expiry of the period of license, petitioner has already applied for license and the same is pending which is apparently clear from Annexure 3.

No.56360 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2 /2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Upendra Mehta, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Forest Case No.11 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
