JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier this case was listed but no one appears to argue the case and in order to afford one more opportunity the case was listed under the heading "dismissal" so that one more opportunity may also be given to the petitioner to argue the case but again no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case today.

It appears from the pleading that the selection of the petitioner for the post of 34,540 Assistant Teachers was made on the basis of alleged training in the year 1980-82 whereas the petitioner has obtained training in the academic sessions 198890.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12902 of 2013(5) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 In view of the above, the petitioner was not eligible for appointment and as such the court does not find any merit in the contention of the petitioner as petitioner is not otherwise eligible on account of his obtaining training in the subsequent academic session 1988-90.

The Court in the aforesaid circumstances is not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
