The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Sections 376, 323, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case only to make pressure. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against co-accused Abhishek Kumar. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Case No. 95 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
