2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No.173 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 140(3), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Petitioner is the paramour of the deceased. She called the deceased and thereafter, the petitioner and her husband killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2025 and she claims clean antecedent.

5. Though the petitioner is a woman but such woman does not deserve any sympathy, this application is dismissed, accordingly.
