Petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner at this stage. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, in view of counter version of the occurrence and the fact that the Petitioner has fair antecedents, he may renew his prayer after framing of charge provided his case is not bifurcated for purpose of the same.
