The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There was love affairs between the daughter of the informant and petitioner no.1. Further submission is that the victim, in her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she loved with petitioner no.1 and married with him. She further stated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29433 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 that she wants to live with petitioner no.1.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
