The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 264 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 188, 269, 270, 271 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case from Hundai Creta Car one loaded country made pistol was seized. He also submits that the petitioner was sitting in the vehicle wherefrom pistol was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2020.
