2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Purnea (Excise) P.S. Case No.643 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.
