Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 for the offence under sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Referring to FIR he submits that petitioner has already deposited Rs. 15,43,800/- which is alleged to be embezzled amount.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56263 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
