This writ application has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. To direct the concerned Respondents to calculate the amount to be given by the petitioner to the Bank forthweth.

II. To direct the concerned Respondents to disposed of the representation filed by the petitioner on 25.03.2019 before the concerned Respondents at once.

III. To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The petitioner admits to have obtained financial assistance from the Bank, however, he submits that he has paid the loan amount and the Bank should have made available a complete account disclosing the outstanding amount, if any, still existing against the petitioner. The petitioner claims that he has

Residential Public School, R.P.S. Complex, Patna to make him available complete information with regard to his Account No. 50203534804.

Learned counsel for the Bank submits that the grievance of the petitioner whatever would be looked into and he will be informed about the current position of his aforesaid account.

This writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the respondent-Bank and its authorities to make available to the petitioner by sending or handing over as may be done the statements of his account up-to date right from beginning and disclose the outstanding amount if any against the petitioner.

Let the aforesaid action be taken by the Bank within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
