ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 30-06-2025 Upon repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, Learned counsel for State and Learned Counsel for the Zila Parishad are present.

Vide orders dated 26.10.2024 and 16.06.2025, it transpires to this Court that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned for one week with specific direction that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner on the next date fixed, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that
