Petitioner was allowed bail on 30.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 46827 of 2019 in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018 with condition that if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of the framing of the charges, the petitioner would be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not concluded due to COVID effect.

Considering the submission aforesaid and for substantial justice the conditions of grant of bail is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released, at once, on
