Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are altogether 18 petitioners in this writ application, out of which, petitioners no. 2 to 18 have got their grievance redressed, however the claim of petitioner no. 1 is under consideration of the University. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this writ application. 2.
Learned counsel for the Governing Body submits that the claim of petitioner no. 1 on the post of Principal is not
Patna High Court CWJC No.4930 of 2017(5) dt.21-06-2024 3/3 under consideration before the University and Selection Committee has been constituted by the College and the same has been sent for approval of the University. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is dismissed as not pressed.
