2. The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was withdrawn by the another counsel vide Cr. Misc. No. 37862 of 2020 dated 23.11.2021 saying that the petitioner has been arrested.

4. The petitioner is an absconder. He does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Moreover, his name has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused as being one of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32595 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 the conspirators.

5. This application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within two weeks from today failing which the Dy.S.P., Fatuha, Patna will take all possible steps for the arrest the petitioner.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
