Disconnection notice reads as under:
"NOTICE:
DISCONNECTION OF ELECTRICITY AND WATER SUPPLY BY MES
1. This is to intimate to you that due to overload and non feasibility, electricity and water supply being provided to your leased property by MES are being ceased with effect from 07 Sep. 2020.
2. You are advised to get alternate connection from civ source to avoid any inconvenience.

On the last date of hearing, we had called upon Dr. K N Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General to seek instructions in the matter and assist the Court. He today submits that the electricity connection would not be disconnected for a period of three months and in the meantime, the petitioner may make alternative arrangement as per the requirement of law.
