Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Roh P.S. Case No.132 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there are 60-70 unknown accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42412 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 persons and 29 named accused persons in the FIR including the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners along with 60-70 unknown accused persons are said to have assaulted the police personnel. It is also submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The only allegation against the petitioners are that they are the members of the mob. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.132 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
