2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023 registered on 15.01.2023 lodged under Sections 304(B), 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohbition Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, allegation has been made by the Informant that the marriage of his daughter solemnized with the accused namely Md. Dilkhus, with whom all the accused persons killed his daughter by strangulating her neck, for not fulfilling their demand of dowry.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the brother-in-law (Nandoshi) of the deceased. He further submits that husband is already in custody.

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2023 having clean antecedent and chargesheet has already been filed in this case.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
