2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons committed murder of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.
5. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she is not concerned with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. He further submits that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the backdrop of the case and the fact that husband of the deceased is already in custody, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P. S. Case No. 201 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
