The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 467, 471, 464, 466, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the complainant alleges that petitioner along with other co-accused persons took Rs. 1,20,000/- for sending her son abroad along with her son's friend, it is next alleged that the petitioner gave them forged Visa and thus cheated them.

No.31383 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from the side of the petitioner also S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020 has been instituted alleging that present petitioner himself is a victim of fraud committed by Santosh and others, learned counsel next submits that petitioner will cooperate in the investigation and will appear as and when required by the Investigating Officer of the case so that the truth comes out.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 487 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
Further, in the event, if the Investigating Officer of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31383 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 3/3 case files an application before the learned Trial Court that petitioner despite giving undertaking to this Court is not appearing or not cooperating in the investigation, the learned Trial Court after hearing the petitioner shall pass order in accordance with law and will have the liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
The learned Trial Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned P.S.
