This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 6.3.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.86941 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to Covid 19 Lockdown, petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the time as directed by this Court vide order dated 6.3.2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, modification petition is allowed. Petitioners are granted six weeks further time to surrender before the Court below in view

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6560 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 of the aforesaid order.

Order dated 6.3.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
