After perusal of Annexure-7 there is no scope for entertaining the writ petition. However, appellate authority is available under the Scheme of the Bihar Secondary Examination Board, Regulation 2011 amended by 2013 and as such liberty shall available to the petitioner to approach the State appellate Authority.
