After perusal of Annexure-7 there is no scope for entertaining the writ petition. However, appellate authority is available under the Scheme of the Bihar Secondary Examination Board, Regulation 2011 amended by 2013 and as such liberty shall available to the petitioner to approach the State appellate Authority. In case such appeal filed by the petitioner within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.15351 of 2013(3) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 period of one month from today along with copy of this order, Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal and entertain and decide the same on its own merits within a period of three months from the receipt / production of a copy of this order.
