2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023, lodged on 01.08.2023 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 345, 302, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55615 of 2024, with liberty to renew his prayer for bail one year after the framing of charge.

4. Counsel further submits that, being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32009 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 No. 55615 of 2024, the petitioner moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 805 of 2025, which was disposed off on 27.03.2025 with a direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the High Court, notwithstanding the moratorium of one year imposed upon the impugned order.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In light of the compliance made pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, this Court acknowledges that charge has already been framed on 13.08.2024, as stated in paragraph No. 17 of the bail application. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, subject to the satisfaction of the trial court that he is not absconding in Singhwara P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022 and Singhwara P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022, which are pending against him. The petitioner shall furnish bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), as prescribed under Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023, to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., IV, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS, 2023, and further subject to the condition
