2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(a) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice under memo no. 601 dated 04.04.2026 arbitrarily issued by the Learned Divisional Commissioner Purnea Division, Purnea -cum- 1st. Appellate . Authority,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6948 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/3 Purnea upon complaint /application filed by the respondent no.6 under Bihar Public grievance Redressal Act 2015 whereby and where under he has directed the petitioner as well as respondent no.7 to appear before him with documentary evidences with respect to the disputed plot on 22.04.2026 at 11.00 A.M. for further hearing while a title Suit bearing No.195/2022 filed by the petitioner with respect to the disputed plot pending before the Learned Sub-Judge IV Katihar.

(b) For further issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to drop the proceeding initiated under Bihar Public Grievance redressal Act 2015 in view of order dated 21.01.2026 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Katihar Sadar - cum - Public Grievance Redressal Authority Katihar who has rightly held that since due to pending of title Suit the proceedings under the Act (Public Grievances Redressal Act 2015) can not be proceed further also.

(c) For the writ petitioner further prays

Patna High Court CWJC No.6948 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 3/3 before this Hon'ble Court to stay the proceeding of 1st. Appellate Court under Public Grievance redressal Act 2015 till further disposal of writ petition.

(d) For any other appropriate writ/writs, order /orders, direction / directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous, and as such, the matter may be disposed of.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
