JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of Rs. 21,12,604/- for the completed work as per agreement bearing no. 2F2/2011-12 dated 31.12.2011 for constructing RCC culvert 2 x 15'x6' in road Amba Kothi to Amba Kala from MMSNY with up-to-date interest; and for connected reliefs.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a substantial part of the grievance stands redressed and only an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-

Patna High Court CWJC No.12648 of 2013 dt.20-08-2018 remains outstanding for payment together with interest.

3. Having regard to the nature of the prayer, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer Rural Work Department Sheohar at Sheohar / (Respondent No. 6) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of, ensuring payment to the extent found due to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving the petitioner's representation.
