No. 9117 of 2013 was filed for substitution of heirs of original petitioner who died on 22.09.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substitution petition was allowed vide order dated 25.11.2016 but the name of the substituted petitioners were not included in the cause list.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15656 of 2013(7) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 submits that the present writ application is covered by the decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 20756 of 2013 dated 14.08.2018.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 20756 of 2013 dated 14.08.2018 and extend similar treatment to this petitioner, if it is covered by the decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 20756 of 2013 dated 14.08.2018. Final decision in this regard may be taken by the respondent University within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
