JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 17.08.2021, passed by the learned District Magistrate, Purnea in Arms Case no. 06 of 2020, by filing appropriate appeal before the appellate authority. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits, without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation, by passing a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13034 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
