2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sanichari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the husband of the deceased and his family members tortured her for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of a motorcycle. They badly assaulted her and they murdered her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30218 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 He is maternal uncle of husband of the deceased having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. He has falsely been implicated merely because he is relative of husband of the deceased. He is under custody since 13.01.2025.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sanichari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
